    Notification of Genibo after sales service

    We(formerly Dasa robot, Dongbu robot, DST robot) officially announce that the repair service for the Genibo sold from 2008 to 2019 has been stopped.

    In fact, we had suffered from the difficulties for our business by economic recession.  Due to this, upgrade and service also were not proceeded well.

    Nevertheless, we tried to continue providing the service for the customers who love Genibo. But eventually,

    we had to decide to stop the all the service for Genibo as of August 31th 2020.


    Hope you know that we considered deeply before we make a decision like this.

    We promise that we will develop better robot that can be used in various fields and provide the better service in near future.
